Order Minimums: There is no minimum required. However, certain discounts and shipping promotions may require minimum order values.

Shipping Costs: Free UPS shipping will be applied on orders over $300 to US destinations. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box via UPS. Call for USPS options at standard pricing. Expedited services are available at additional costs. For International accounts we will ship to your freight forwarder in the US. If you require direct shipment to your location please contact our team and we will work with you to determine additional shipping charges.

Transit Times: Delivery time will depend on your location vs our warehouse location(s).

Order Processing: All orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Defects/Returns: Returns will be accepted for defective merchandise or mis-shipped items only. If items are defective, please send clear photos of the defect, package and description of the issue to admin@remedyww.com Please keep the item until we advise next steps. If we have sent the wrong product, please send your order number and the item of issue to admin@remedyww.com

Back-orders: We will not ship any back-ordered item(s) without contacting you for permission. Any discounts from the original order will apply. Free shipping on back-ordered items will require a minimum order of $300

Order payment: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All invoices will be processed through a QuickBooks invoice, and you will be required to input your payment information. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays. Net 30 terms are available upon credit application approval. Email admin@remedyww.com to request a credit application.

Pricing Format: All items are individually priced. Products are available for purchase only in predetermined, prepackaged multiples. Latex will be priced per bag.

New Accounts: Potential customers may complete our New Customer application by clicking the link New Customer App Approval will be communicated within 48 hours.
