Return Policy – Defective Items Only
At BalloonsPrograms, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. However, due to the nature of party and seasonal goods, we only accept returns for items that are defective.
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps so we can assist you quickly and effectively:

Email the photos along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to admin@remedyww.com.

Retain the item until our team responds. In some cases, we may ask that you return the item or dispose of it based on the manufacturer’s requirements.
We work directly with manufacturers to resolve any issues and prevent future errors, so your feedback and images are essential to help us maintain product quality.
