Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum required.  However, certain discounts and shipping promotions may require minimum order values.

What are the shipping costs and options available?

Free UPS shipping will be applied on orders over $300 to US destinations.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box via UPS.  Call for USPS options at standard pricing.  Expedited services are available at additional costs. For International accounts we will ship to your freight forwarder in the US.  If you require direct shipment to your location please contact our team and we will work with you to determine additional shipping charges. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time will depend on your location vs our warehouse location(s). 

When will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed.  Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

What is the return policy for defective or incorrect items?

Returns will be accepted for defective merchandise or mis-shipped items only. If items are defective, please send clear photos of the defect, package and description of the issue to admin@remedyww.com Please keep the item until we advise next steps. If we have sent the wrong product, please send your order number and the item
of issue to admin@remedyww.com

How are back-ordered items handled?

We will not ship any back-ordered item(s) without contacting you for permission. Any discounts from the original order will apply.  Free shipping on back-ordered items will require a minimum order of $300

What payment methods do you accept and how is payment processed?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.All invoices will be processed through a QuickBooks invoice, and you will be required to input your payment information.Failure to do so may result in shipping delays.Net 30 terms are available upon credit application approval. Email admin@remedyww.com to request a credit application.

How are products priced and packaged?

All items are individually priced. Products are available for purchase only in predetermined, prepackaged multiples. Latex will be priced per bag.

How can new customers apply for an account?

Potential customers may complete our New Customer application by clicking the link New Customer AppApproval will be communicated within 48 hours.
